Who we are

PumpFunBundler is a tool for launching and bundling tokens on pump.fun, built on BundleBee, a production Solana launch stack. When these terms say "we", "us" or "the service", we mean PumpFunBundler as operated by BundleBee. PumpFunBundler is a BundleBee product. It is an independent tool and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by pump.fun. We interact with pump.fun the way any launcher does, but we do not speak for them and they do not speak for us.

Acceptable use

You may use PumpFunBundler only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service for market manipulation, fraud, deceptive practices, money laundering, or any other activity that is illegal where you live or where your users are. You are responsible for the tokens you create and the trades you make, including what you tell other people about them.

• Follow the rules of pump.fun and any other platform you touch through the service.
• Follow the laws, tax rules and regulations that apply to you.
• Do not use the service to harm, mislead or defraud other people.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

We do not provide the service to help anyone break the law, and nothing here should be read as encouragement to do so. If you are not sure whether something is allowed where you are, get your own legal advice first.

Your wallets and keys

PumpFunBundler helps you create and fund wallets, but you are responsible for securing access to them and for keeping your recovery information safe. We give you recovery and break-glass tools so you can move funds out, and we protect sensitive actions with safeguards such as 2FA. Even so, crypto is unforgiving: if you lose your keys, your recovery details, or control of your Telegram account, we may not be able to get your funds back. Keep your secrets private and do not share them with anyone, including people who claim to be support.

No financial advice and high risk

Nothing on this site or in the product is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. PumpFunBundler is software that executes the actions you choose. Memecoins and new tokens are extremely volatile and speculative. Prices can go to zero. You can lose some or all of the funds you commit, quickly and permanently. Only use money you can afford to lose, and make your own decisions.

Fees

PumpFunBundler is free to start. There is no subscription and no charge to create your wallets or set up a launch. You pay only when you actually launch and trade.

• A platform fee of 0.8% applies to token launches.
• Standard Solana network fees apply to every transaction.
• Optional Jito tips can be added to prioritize your bundle, and you choose the amount.

Availability and no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be online, error free, or able to land every bundle. Blockchains, RPC providers and third-party networks can be congested or go down, and transactions can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. We may change, pause, limit or discontinue features at any time, and we may update the service for security or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost funds, missed trades, failed or front-run bundles, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. You use PumpFunBundler at your own risk, and you accept the risks that come with trading tokens on a public blockchain.

Third-party services

PumpFunBundler relies on services we do not control, including the Solana network, Telegram, pump.fun, and RPC and Jito providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, outages or decisions. Links or references to third parties do not mean we endorse them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to check back from time to time.
